About the Position

We are currently looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with our in-house Recruiters on all aspects of the recruiting and onboarding process. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong phone presence (friendly and engaging), has a collaborative team attitude, and can work independently.   

Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes and manage candidates within applicant tracking system
  • Perform initial phone screens
  • Schedule qualified candidates for interviews
  • Assisst with searches for qualified candidates using sources such as recruiting websites, computer databases and employee referrals
  • Submission and verification of background checks and drug screens
  • Prepare orientation materials and ship them out to candidates when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of working experience in related field
  • Personable, with an enduringly positive attitude
  • High attention to detail when interacting with candidates
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt amidst ever-changing circumstances
  • Approach problem solving creatively and leave no stones unturned
