Our growing services company with field representatives across the country is looking for an HR Manager to lead the charge in providing outstanding services to our front-line employees. The HR Manager will:

• Oversee our benefits and compensation functions
• Drive performance management
• Give direction and oversight to the talent acquisition function
• Provide coaching and problem-solving to managers on employee issues
• Initiate policy creation discussion with senior leaders and implement policy decisions
