About the Position

The Office Administrator will function at the center of the team, working closely with all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Our ideal candidate is someone who is ready to dive right in, help wherever possible, and is able to multitask effectively while working with both internal efforts and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the payroll process by assisting with the input of field employee’s timecards and mileage logs
  • Update customer data and asset records as needed
  • Assist with monthly credit card statements
  • Book travel arrangements for operations and sales team
  • Coordinate calendars and schedules for various events
  • Answer phones and greet visitors at the corporate office
  • Data entry, scanning, and filing for various departments
  • Order supplies and manage office inventory
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Personable, with an enduringly positive attitude
  • Proactive, self-starter, motivated to make a difference
  • Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Team player – collaborative and willing to jump in and help out
  • Experience with Accounting duties (AP/AR) is a plus
