About the Position

Bevara is actively looking to hire a motivated Systems Administrator level individual to join our corporate office. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the IT infrastructure within a stable, rapidly growing company. As we continue to grow, our IT needs will become more advanced and the person in this role will have the opportunity to grow with us as they simultaneously guide the growth of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain mobile phones, desktop and laptop computers, workstations, servers, networks, and other critical components of the IT infrastructure
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal IT assistance and troubleshooting; provide technical support to employees across the company (in person and remote) through the use of remote diagnostic techniques
  • Install and test new network hardware, software releases, and system upgrades; resolve issues as necessary
  • Own the daily operations of company-wide network, phone, and desktop systems
  • Complete IT onboarding setups and offboarding procedures to support the full employee life-cycle
  • Maintain tech inventory; ordering and tracking equipment as necessary
  • Work with management team to increase efficiency of computing technology and maximize utilization of IT resources
  • Determine and enforce appropriate IT policies and guidelines
  • Serve as subject matter expert for all systems used company-wide, some of which include: Sage, Egnyte, Microsoft Suite, Google Platform, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Adobe, and MaaS360
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of installation and deployment of Windows based computers and Apple iPhones
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Display a high level of maturity; particularly when it comes to secure and confidential information and systems
  • 3+ years of applicable IT experience preferred
