About the Position

Bevara is seeking an Accountant to contribute to the success of our rapidly-growing organization. This position is primarily responsible for working with an interactive team to perform a wide variety of highly important professional and technical duties in the accounting function as assigned.


  • Process high volume of accounts receivable invoices
  • Handle full cycle of accounts payable
  • Enter credit card receipts into accounting system
  • Monitor receivable aging and contact customers with aged invoices outstanding
  • Track certificates of insurance for external subcontractors
  • Other projects as assigned


  • Prior experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable is a plus
  • Proficiency with computer applications, such as strong understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet critical time deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
